If you are not 100% satisfied with your Halo Capsules then contact us for a 100% refund.

Every care has been taken to ensure your HALO capsules deliver an amazing coffee experience. We understand that sometimes things go wrong, or maybe our capsules are simply not for you.

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a full refund on all returns.

Before you send your return, please contact us on info@halo.coffee with the details of your purchase including the batch details printed on your box and your contact telephone number. We will respond to you as soon as possible. 

Then go to our returns page to return your items and the original packaging and proof of purchase to:

Refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was given as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
