When will I receive my HALO Credits?
Credits will be automatically applied to your account after payment is successfully processed.

Do I have to order coffee or will it automatically come with the machine?
You will need to order coffee from the Halo range after the purchase of your capsule machine. We do this so that you can customize the range you wish to have delivered as well as the quantity.

What is the maximum amount of credits I can redeem in any one purchase?
The maximum credits used on a single purchase can be up to £80 in value.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes, you can use a discount code but please notify customer@halo.coffee that you have used a code on your order.

Do I have to pay for shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders £35 and over. If your order is valued under £35, then you may be charged a shipping fee at checkout.
