This unique parcel of vintage 2018 coffee harvest has been carefully aged for 3 years to add complexity and gently lower the acidity profile before being roasted.

Grown in rich mountain foothill soils on the organic certified Plantee Estate. The climate delivers a depth of flavour impossible to source anywhere other than Mount Everest in the Himalayan mountain range. Full body and smooth flavour with floral & spice tones.

The world’s best coffees

After harvest, the beans are washed in the same snow-fed mountain river water from the Ganesh Himal mountain range which irrigates the coffee bushes throughout the growing season. After washing, and then naturally sun-drying, our coffee beans are hand sorted and graded to deliver a consistent raw material for roasting. The Plantee Estate has brought financial and social revival to the otherwise economically isolated community surrounding it. Aging the green beans for this specialty coffee to add complexity has been a successful development we are extremely excited to share with you.

Our whole bean collection was inspired from our 100% compostable capsules. Everything from the sleeve to the box are home-compostable and garden-compatible.
