HALO COFFEE MARTINI RECIPE

Ingredients:
- For the sugar syrup:
- 100g golden caster sugar
- 50ml water
- For the cocktail:
- Ice
- 100ml vodka
- 50ml freshly brewed Halō espresso coffee ( we recommend Noir or Bourbon Espresso)
- 50ml coffee liqueur (we recommend Kahlúa)
- 4 coffee beans (optional)
Method:
- Start by making the sugar syrup. Heat the caster sugar with 50ml water over medium heat until dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Chill 2 martini glasses in the fridge.
- Combine 1 tbsp of sugar syrup, ice, vodka, Halo espresso, and coffee liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Shake until the shaker feels ice cold.
- Compost your used Halō pods—perfect for houseplants or your domestic compost heap!
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled glasses and garnish with coffee beans.
- Sip, savour, and enjoy the ultimate holiday drink!
