Give nature a helping hand

In some machines, your Halo capsule might not immediately eject after use. As they composed of waste sugar cane and paper, capsules expand on exposure to pressure, heat and moisture.

We have created a short instruction to help you get to know your Halo capsule.

STEP 1

Angle your capsule for insertion into the chamber.

STEP 2

Firmly close the lever of your machine.

STEP 3

Wait for your coffee to extract.

STEP 4

Check to see if your capsule has properly ejected.

STEP 5

If it's still in the chamber, push your capsule through with a coffee stirrer. We recommend your capsules are ejected immediately after use.

It may take 2 seconds to tap down a stuck Halo, but we figured it's better than the alternative capsule that takes up to 500 years to degrade.
