Our Noir and Verona capsules are the perfect match for this recipe. Noir delivers a deep, chocolatey profile with notes of caramel and molasses, while Verona offers a smooth, nutty balance with a subtle hint of sweetness. Both are 100% home compostable and compatible with Nespresso machines, making it effortless to enjoy a sustainable indulgence.
You’ll need:
- 1 Halo Noir or Verona capsule
- 200 ml milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or quality hot chocolate mix)
- ½ tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1- 2 drops peppermint extract
- Whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or crushed candy cane to top
How to make it:
- Brew your espresso using a Noir or Verona capsule.

- Heat and froth the remaining milk, then pour it over the chocolate mixture.
- Add your coffee and peppermint extract, stirring gently.
