Pumpkin Spice Latte – With a Twist

Introducing our homemade Pumpkin Spice recipe, now made with our vanilla bean–infused honey for a naturally fragrant sweetness that pairs beautifully with the rich flavours of our Halo Coffee Noir capsules.
Indulge in the cosy flavours of autumn by creating your own Pumpkin Spice Latte at home.
Ingredients
- 2 Halo Coffee Noir capsules ( other recommendations Verona, Indian Parchment or Bourbon Espresso)
- 180-250ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 30g pumpkin purée
- 15-30 ml vanilla bean–infused honey depending on taste preferences
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew two capsules of Halo Coffee Noir to create a strong base for your latte. Alternatively, use 120ml of brewed coffee — we recommend a dark roast.
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla bean–infused honey and pumpkin spice. Heat over a medium hob, stirring until hot and steamy.
- Remove from the heat and froth with a milk frother or whisk until creamy.
- Pour the coffee into your favourite mug, then add the pumpkin milk mixture.
- Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for that perfect autumn touch.
