How to Easily Manage Your Halo Coffee Subscription
Managing your Halo Coffee subscription is simple! Follow these steps to access your subscription portal, where you can make changes, pause, or cancel your orders. Here's how:
1) Log into Your Halo Coffee Account
Begin by logging into your Halo Coffee account on our website.
2) Navigate to Subscription Management
Scroll to the bottom of your order history and click the "Manage Your Subscription" link.
3) Manage Your Subscription
In the subscription portal, you’ll have the option to modify, pause, or cancel existing subscriptions and even create new ones. You can also apply reward points to future orders here!
Troubleshooting
If you don’t see the subscription portal at the bottom of your main order page, you may need to link your accounts. Just follow these extra steps.
4) Link Your Account (First-Time Users)
Go to the main account login page and click the "Manage Subscription" link.
Enter your email, and check your inbox for a link to connect your accounts.
After completing these steps, you’ll have easy access to your subscription management portal directly from your Halo Coffee account page.
